பலவிதமான சாதிகள் தங்கள் இனம் வளர வேண்டும் என ஓராயிரம் யுக்திகளை விழிப்புடன் கையாண்டு இயங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தின் அவசர அவசரங்களையும் அக்கரைத் தன்மையையும் உற்று பார்க்கும் போது இதே சமுதாய வீதியில் ஒட்ட ராக இருந்து போயர் என்ற சிறப்பு பட்ட பெயருடன் நம்மை நாம் ஆக்கிக் கொண்டு, நாம் சிறப்பாக இயங்காத காரணத்தினால் பிற்பட்டவர்களாகவும் மிகவும் பிற்படுத்தப்பட்டவர்களாகவும், மேலும் மற்ற சமூக அக்கரையாளர்களின் மத்தியில் கடை கோடியில் நாம் தள்ளப் பட்டவர்களாகவும் தாழ்ந்து போனவர்களாகவும் ஆகிவிடக் கூடாது என்கிற சிறப்பு நம்பிக்கையில் " வியாசர் அறக்கட்டளை " என்ற ஒரு சக்கர வியூகத்தை நாம் துவங்கி சிறப்புடன் செயல்பட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்..
